Thank You for the Referrals

One of the questions I get asked from time to time is, “Nick, how do people find Accell Construction?”

The answer is pretty simple: This website and referrals.

Over the years, the vast majority of our remodeling projects have come from past customers recommending us to their friends, family members, neighbors, and coworkers. Every time someone trusts us enough to tell another person about their experience, it’s a huge compliment, and something I never take for granted. Most of our totally new customers came from finding this website.

There are countless ways a remodeling company can market itself today. You can run Google Ads, buy print advertising, mail postcards, advertise on social media, invest in SEO, sponsor events, or spend hours every day making TikTok videos and Instagram Reels. Many companies do all of those things, and there is certainly a place for them.

The reality, though, is that marketing can become a full-time job all by itself. It takes time, attention, and a significant investment of money.

Personally, I’ve always preferred spending my time working with homeowners, designing remodeling projects, solving construction challenges, and helping bring ideas to life. That’s the part of the business I enjoy most. I’d much rather be walking through a home discussing a kitchen renovation or planning a basement finish than sitting behind a computer screen studying marketing reports.

Now, I will admit that occasionally I enjoy sitting down and writing a blog post like this one. It’s a chance to share a few thoughts, answer questions homeowners have, and give people a better sense of who we are and how we approach our work. But for the most part, I’d rather spend my days building great remodels than chasing the latest marketing trend.

That’s one of the reasons referrals mean so much to me. When a customer tells a friend or neighbor about their positive experience with Accell Construction, it allows me to focus on what I do best: building and remodeling homes.

I believe referrals happen for a simple reason. When you show up when you say you will, communicate honestly, do quality work, and treat people fairly, customers remember. And when their friends start talking about remodeling projects of their own, your name comes up.

To every customer who has recommended Accell Construction over the years, thank you. Your trust and support have helped us grow, and I am incredibly grateful for every referral you’ve sent our way.

If you’re considering a remodeling project and a friend or neighbor pointed you in our direction, I’d love the opportunity to learn about your goals and see how we can help.

Thank you for your confidence in Accell Construction. It means more than you know.
